Taxi Centrale Amsterdam (TCA) is launching its own iPhone, iPad & android app today! The country's largest taxi company is making it possible to order a taxi without having to call. You can download the app from the App Store or Android Market for free from today!

With TCA's free app you can now order & reserve a taxi or request price-information. You do not have to call anymore, a taxi is just one click away. Through GPS the closest available taxi is notified and you can follow that taxi and see how long it will take for it to arrive.

Another important feature of the app is the possibility to give the taxi a score. Let us know what you thought of our service.

The app was created together with dozens of Europena taxi companies and will automatically switch to another company depending on your location. The app doesn't limit itself to the 1.250 taxis in Amsterdam, but makes a further 40.000 taxis available throughout Europe including cities such as Berlin, Antwerp, Vienna, Brussels, Kopenhagen, Zurich, Prague, Frankfurt and Lyon.
